I am writing regarding an issue with my Garena Free Fire account. I have a Prime level 8 ID with a long-term monthly membership of 13 years, and my Free Fire ID is 2433942859. The account contains many valuable items and I have invested lakhs of rupees into it over time. Today in the afternoon, when I tried to log in, I found that instead of my own account, a different bot-like account appeared. This made me realize that my original ID has likely been hacked or taken over. I looked for an option to report this problem through the game or support but could not find any way to submit a report or request for help. Because of this, I am unable to contact support directly from my account. I kindly request that my original Prime level 8 Free Fire ID 2433942859 be recovered and returned to me, that all my valuable items, purchases, and membership benefits be preserved, and that any unauthorized access to it be removed. I want to continue using my own account safely and securely.
