I Paid Holafly for Unlimited Data, but Never Received the QR Code for Setup
I purchased an unlimited data plan from Holafly on January 18th, ahead of my trip to the United States on January 21st. I paid in full, and Holafly sent me a confirmation email. However, the crucial QR code email for setting up the plan never arrived. I’ve been in constant communication with their support team, but all they do is ask for more time, claiming they will resolve the issue soon—yet nothing has been fixed. Now I’m in the U.S. and still waiting for the email. This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Holafly, your lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver what I paid for have left me stranded.
