PayPal Charged By Hint.app Unauthorized Subscription

I have discovered that I have been charged by a service called Hint.app even though I have never created an account or knowingly subscribed to any of their services. I only became aware of this when I saw two payments of $29.99 each on my PayPal account, one completed on March 16, 2026 and another one pending on April 8, 2026. The March payment shows the Invoice ID as pay_16cf4cdd-3a08-4d59-89a3-7be3fb1b8a23. The description on the statement appears as Hint.app or a similar variation. I have never registered with Hint.app, never set up a profile or password, and have never knowingly agreed to any membership or subscription with this company. Despite this, the charges have been taken via my PayPal account. When I contacted PayPal about this issue, they directed me to resolve it with Hint.app, but I cannot log in or reach my supposed account because I do not have one and therefore cannot access any subscription settings or cancellation options. I do not want to be associated with this service in any way and I am very uncomfortable that payments are being taken without my clear consent or any ability on my side to manage or stop them. I request the immediate cancellation of any account or subscription that may be linked to my PayPal details and a full refund of the $29.99 charged in March 2026, as well as cancellation of the pending $29.99 payment dated April 8, 2026 so that it is not completed. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my PayPal account.
