Refund ASAP For Hint App

On March 13, 2026, I cancelled a recurring payment to the Hint app through my PayPal account. Despite this cancellation, I was charged 29.99 last month and again 29.99 today, 10 April 2026, via PayPal, which was withdrawn from my bank account. None of these payments have been refunded, and I do not even clearly know what this Hint service is, as I believed I had already cancelled and did not wish to continue with it. I am requesting a full refund of both 29.99 charges taken after my cancellation and the immediate and permanent cancellation of any existing subscription or automatic payment related to Hint so that no further amounts are taken from my PayPal or bank account. In addition, I do not want to receive any further communication or service from Hint in any form. I ask that this issue be resolved promptly and that my refund and cancellation be confirmed in writing.
