Unauthorized Hint America Charge on Cash App Account

On April 29, a charge of $29.99 from Hint America Inc. was taken from my Cash App account. I have never heard of Hint America Inc. before this transaction and have never knowingly used any of your apps, products, or services. I did not authorize this payment in any way. Since I do not have an account or subscription with you to my knowledge, I am very concerned that my payment information may have been used without my consent. I only became aware of this charge today while reviewing my Cash App activity. I request a full refund of the $29.99 that was charged and the immediate cancellation of any and all accounts, profiles, or subscriptions that may have been opened in my name or with my payment details. I also ask that you confirm whether there is any account associated with my information and ensure that no further charges are made to my Cash App or any other payment method connected to this transaction. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible and to be informed in writing about the outcome and the refund process.
