Unauthorized €29.99 Charge From Hint App on My Credit Card

I previously used the Hint App only once to order a portrait-style drawing and paid approximately $1 USD for that one-time service. However, in the early morning hours of December 7, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of €29.99 (approximately $36 USD) on my Garanti Bank card, with the transaction description showing Hint App. I did not make this transaction, and this charge was taken from my card without my approval or consent.

When I contacted Garanti Bank, I was informed that my card may have been compromised or cloned. Even though I had previously made only a single low-value transaction, the fact that such a high-value unauthorized charge was later made has caused serious concern and financial harm. I believe this method of charging is illegal and constitutes fraud.

I am demanding that the €29.99 charged by Hint App be refunded immediately, that this unauthorized transaction be canceled, and that the necessary investigations be carried out regarding the security of my card information, with the results communicated to me. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
