Hint App Charged Me for a Subscription I Never Approved

On November 25, 2025, I purchased a “Soulmate Drawing” through the Hint App on my Android phone, and the stated fee for this service was charged to my account. However, after this transaction, even though I did not give any subscription approval and did not agree to any ongoing commitment, additional charges were made to my account under the name of a “subscription” on November 30, 2025 and December 30, 2025.

Each of these dates included two charges of approximately $36, resulting in a total unauthorized amount of approximately $72 charged to my account.

I absolutely do not accept these charges, as I never started a subscription, never gave consent, and was never informed about any recurring payments. The payments were processed through my D** Troy Card**. When I try to contact the app itself, I am unable to reach any representative or receive any form of customer support.

I am requesting that the entire unauthorized amount of approximately $72 be refunded to me as soon as possible and that all unfair subscription and billing actions be fully canceled.
