Repeated Attempts To Charge Bank Account With No Active Hint Subscription

I am receiving repeated payment attempts from Hint on my bank account, even though I do not knowingly have any active subscription or service with you. The attempted charge amount is 29.99 USD, and it appears on most days, usually twice a day, which is extremely annoying and concerning. The most recent attempt was this morning, and these attempts have been going on persistently. I do not recall ever signing up for any Hint service, free trial, or subscription with my card details. To try to resolve the issue, I even changed my bank card, but the attempted charges from Hint continued on the new card number as well. I also contacted my bank, and they informed me that as long as Hint keeps trying to post these payments, I will continue to receive the notifications, so they cannot stop the attempts at their side. I request that you immediately identify and completely cancel any account, subscription, or payment mandate that may be linked to my details, and that you permanently stop all present and future payment attempts of 29.99 USD or any other amount from my cards or bank account. I also ask you to provide written confirmation that any subscription connected to my information has been terminated and that no further charges will be made.
