Hint America Keeps Trying to Charge My Cash App After I Canceled the Free Trial

March 11 3:23 PM189

I am writing to report repeated and unauthorized billing attempts from a company called Hint America through my Cash App account. I once signed up for a 7‑day free trial with Hint America and cancelled the trial before the period was over. Despite this, the company has continued trying to charge my Cash App card. The first attempt that I noticed was on the 10th of this past month, and there have been at least two other attempts that I can remember. Each time, the amount is 29.99 USD. I do not use their services; my trial was cancelled on time, and I have taken extra precautions by locking my card, which is the only reason these payments have not gone through. I feel harassed by these constant attempts and find this behavior unacceptable. I contacted Cash App support, and they informed me that I need to resolve this directly with Hint America. However, Hint America does not respond, and I am unable to reach them to stop these charges. I am based in New York, USA, and I expect this situation to be taken seriously. I request that Hint America immediately and permanently cancel any membership, subscription, or account associated with my name or payment details and stop all current and future billing attempts of 29.99 USD or any other amount. I also request written confirmation that my data and payment information will no longer be used for any charges. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing this further, including possible legal action.

I want to cancel my subscription with Hint America and stop all payment attempts. Even though I canceled the trial period on time, I have been faced with repeated unauthorized charge attempts of 29.99 USD, which is very disturbing. So far, I have not been able to get in contact with the brand, and my issue remains unresolved.
