Hint App Trial Canceled But Charged $29.99 Unauthorized Renewal

I signed up for a 7‑day trial subscription with Hint on October 14, 2025 and canceled it before the trial period ended. Despite canceling on time and not using the service afterward, I was charged $29.99 on March 12, 2026. After seeing this unauthorized charge, I contacted Hint by email multiple times and clearly requested a refund, but I have only been given the runaround and no solution. I have screenshots that show I canceled the subscription within the trial period, as well as the email correspondence between me and the company. I am requesting a full refund of the $29.99 that was charged on March 12, 2026 for a service I had already canceled and have not been using. I also expect this subscription to remain canceled so that no further charges are made to my account.
