I am writing regarding an unauthorized monthly subscription charge from Hint.com that appeared on my account on 2/15/2026 in the amount of $29.99. I previously made a purchase from Hint.com, but I did not knowingly agree to or authorize any recurring monthly subscription. On 2/15/2026, as soon as I noticed the charge of $29.99, I contacted Hint.com customer service about this issue. Despite this, the charge was still processed and I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I also confirm that there were no earlier unauthorized charges from Hint.com before this date. This subscription is registered under the email address autu***[email protected]. I request that this unauthorized subscription be fully canceled and that the full amount of $29.99 charged on 2/15/2026 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
