Hint Didn't Cancel Subscription And Took Money Again

I had started a Hint subscription by accident as I only intended to use the free trial, and I cancelled the subscription on 10 December. Despite this, I was charged again today, 7 January 2026, in the amount of 29,99€ through the Hint website. Since I cancelled within the trial period and did not intend to continue with a paid subscription, I do not find this charge fair or acceptable. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue because I have not contacted support before, and I am now raising this complaint so that it can be reviewed. I kindly request a full refund of the 29,99€ that was charged on 7 January 2026 and confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled so that no further payments will be taken from my account.
