My Cash App Card Was Charged by Hint Without My Permission

My name is Violet W*** and I am writing about unauthorized charges taken from my Cash App card by a service called Hint. I do not remember ever signing up for Hint, I had no use for it, and I did not knowingly agree to any subscription or recurring payments. Despite this, Hint kept taking money from my Cash App card on a monthly basis. In total, the amount taken is more than 50 dollars and less than 100 dollars. These withdrawals continued for several months until around April or May, when I decided to stop putting money on that card and eventually got a new card to protect myself. I contacted Cash App support about these unauthorized monthly charges, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue or return my money. I feel taken advantage of and very disappointed that charges have been allowed to continue for a service I never intentionally subscribed to and never used. I request that all unauthorized payments made to Hint from my Cash App card be investigated in detail and that the total amount withdrawn be refunded to me. I also want any existing subscription or automatic payment related to Hint to be completely cancelled so that no further money can be taken from my account.
