Hint App Charged My Cash App Every Month Without My Authorization

I have been experiencing unauthorized charges from the Hint mobile app subscription that I never approved. Since February 2026, an amount of $29.99 has been taken from my Cash App account every month under the name Melisa C*** and I have no idea how or why this subscription was started. I have never created an account, started a free trial, or made any in‑app purchase with Hint before these charges began, so there is no prior relationship that would justify this subscription. When I noticed the issue, I disputed the charges through Cash App, but I am still very concerned that these payments have been taken without my consent. I request that the Hint subscription linked to my Cash App be immediately cancelled, that all charges of $29.99 taken since February 2026 be fully refunded, and that any future payments to Hint be permanently blocked. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, as these withdrawals were made without my authorization.
