I Need a Refund for a Year of Unauthorized Hint App Payments



For about a year now, from May 2025 to May 2026, I have discovered that I have been repeatedly charged by the Hint app through my Cash App card. The amount is usually $29.99 per month, and on some occasions I have been charged more than once in the same month. I never knowingly subscribed to this app and was not aware of these payments until I recently checked my transactions in detail. These charges are unauthorized from my side, and I have not used any services from Hint that would justify such a subscription or recurring payment. I have not yet contacted Cash App or Hint support directly, but I am now formally raising this issue because these withdrawals have continued for a long period without my consent. I request a full refund of all unauthorized payments taken by the Hint app from my Cash App card between May 2025 and May 2026, and I also ask that any existing subscription or payment agreement in my name be immediately cancelled so that no further charges are made.
