Hint Subscription Not Cancelled – Repeated Unauthorized Charges

I am writing regarding repeated charges from the Hint app that I have been unable to stop, even though I tried to cancel what was meant to be a one‑off use. I believe I am being charged for a monthly subscription that I did not intend to continue. In the last month, I have been charged twice from my Keycard, each time for around $50. These charges are particularly frustrating because they tend to occur when I need the money most, and I had already tried to cancel the subscription within the app. I have emailed Hint once about these unauthorized or unintended charges, but did not receive any helpful response or resolution. I request a full refund of the charges taken over the last month and confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled so that no further payments will be taken from my Keycard.
