I recently discovered that I have been charged regularly every month by Hintapp through my bank card, even though I have never used this application and have never knowingly started any subscription with them. These unauthorized charges have been occurring since December 2025, but I only noticed them today while checking my bank statement. The payments appear on my bank statement with the Hintapp name and the last four digits of my card. As soon as I realized this, I immediately blocked my card and reported the situation to my bank as fraud so that no further charges could be made. During this process, my bank created a fraud report with the reference number SSF-3004556. I request a full refund of all unauthorized payments that have been taken from my account since December 2025 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or automatic payment order that may have been created in my name without my explicit consent. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card regarding Hintapp. I expect this situation to be investigated urgently, as these transactions were carried out without my knowledge or authorization.
