Hintapp Subscription Scam Allegation After Credit Card Charge

Even though I never subscribed to the Hintapp application, a subscription fee of $37 was charged to my DenizBank credit card without my knowledge or consent on December 11, 2025. I did not start any subscription, did not select any plan, and did not give approval for this transaction under any circumstances.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted both my bank and Hintapp. However, I was told that no subscription exists and that no charge was made. Despite these responses, the charge clearly appears on my credit card statement, and I have official transaction and statement records proving it.
I demand that this unauthorized charge be refunded to me immediately, that my Hintapp account be permanently closed, and that my credit card information be completely deleted from their systems. I do not accept money being taken from my card without my consent, and I request that this matter be urgently investigated and resolved.
