I Face Hintapp Unauthorized Subscription Charge of $29.99

On 15 April 2026, processed on 16 April 2026, a charge of 29.99 USD was taken from my Mastercard ending in 5894 for a “Soulmate Prediction Sketch” subscription related to Hintapp.com.au, which I did not knowingly request as a recurring service. I consider this an unsolicited subscription and I do not accept ongoing charges for this product. When I tried to submit a complaint about this situation through Sikayetvar.com on my mobile device, I encountered a serious problem with the terms and conditions screen. After logging in and reaching the stage where my complaint text was already prepared and waiting for my approval, I attempted to view the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions only flashed briefly on the screen and then vanished, constantly returning me to the previous page. Because of this, I could not properly read or agree to the terms, and I was effectively blocked from completing and submitting my complaint, even though the text had already been created. My bank has informed me that I should first apply directly to the service that withdrew the subscription amount. Therefore, I am requesting that the 29.99 USD taken from my card be fully refunded, that this unsolicited subscription be cancelled immediately, and that all future charges be stopped. I also expect the technical problem with the terms and conditions display, which prevents users from reading and accepting them and from submitting their complaints properly, to be urgently investigated and resolved.
