Hint App Charged Me Without My Consent And Created Unauthorized Subscription

On 16 April 2026 I discovered a charge of 29.99 € on my card for a supposed subscription to the service Hint/app/eu that I never requested or authorized. I only had access to the application until 15 May, but despite this they have charged me for a subscription that, from my point of view, does not exist as such and that I did not accept. I consider this charge to be completely unjustified, as I have not contracted any paid plan nor have I given consent for a recurring payment of 29.99 €. I am very concerned that my card details and personal data have been used without my clear authorization and I do not know where they have been taken from or how this subscription has been created. For this reason, I request the immediate refund of the 29.99 € charged, the total cancellation of any subscription or paid service associated with my name, email or card, and the definitive deletion of my personal and payment data from their systems as soon as possible. I expect a quick response and a clear confirmation that this situation has been resolved.
