Hintapp.com/US Charges Unauthorized Card Fees Without Customer Consent

I am writing to complain about an unauthorized charge made today on my Zenith Bank account by HINTAPP.COM/US. On 01/09/2026, an amount of GHS 353.83 was deducted from my account as a VISA purchase with the description “VISA PURCHASE-HINTAPP.COM/US” even though I have never requested, subscribed to or knowingly used any service from HINTAPP. I did not give any permission or authorization for HINTAPP to deduct money from my account, and I am not interested in any service or subscription related to your platform. This situation is very annoying and worrying, as money is being taken from my account without my consent. I request that this unauthorized transaction of GHS 353.83 be fully refunded to my Zenith Bank account as soon as possible and that any existing subscription or payment arrangement linked to my card or account with HINTAPP be immediately cancelled so that no further deductions are made. I also ask you to confirm in writing that my details have been removed from any billing or recurring payment system and to explain how my card or account information came to be used for this transaction without my clear consent.
