On 09 May 2026, a charge of 29.99 was taken from my account via Google by Hintapp.co, even though I have never signed up for their service or authorized any payment to them. I did not create an account, start a subscription, or approve any transaction related to Hintapp.co. After noticing this charge, I attempted to get support but received no meaningful response and no explanation. I am particularly concerned about how my personal and card details were obtained and used without my explicit consent. I request a full refund of the 29.99 that was charged without authorization, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been created in my name, and a clear written explanation of how my debit card and personal details were accessed and processed.
