Hintapp Unauthorized Charge After One Time Purchase

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge of $52 NZD that Hintapp.com took from my account last night, despite the fact that I had already made a one-time purchase on 11 April and did not give any consent for an additional payment. When I initially used your service, I paid for a one-time purchase only and did not agree to any recurring subscription or extra charges. Therefore, seeing a $52 NZD deduction from my account without my knowledge or approval has caused both financial concern and a loss of trust in your payment process. I have not yet contacted my bank or your support team because I am unsure how to proceed, which is why I am submitting this complaint. I kindly request a full refund of the unauthorized $52 NZD and written confirmation that any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to my account is cancelled and that no further unauthorized charges will be taken in the future.
