Hint.app Unauthorized PayPal Subscription Charges - Refund Refused

I am writing regarding two unauthorized subscription payments that Hint.app charged me via PayPal on 29 November. I did not approve or knowingly start any subscription with Hint.app, yet two separate payments were taken from my PayPal account on the same day. After noticing these charges, I contacted Hint.app and requested a refund, explaining that I had never authorised this subscription. My refund request was declined, and as a result the PayPal billing agreement was cancelled, but the money already taken has not been returned. I expect Hint.app to fully refund both of these unauthorized payments made on 29 November via PayPal and to confirm that no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
