I noticed that on 30 May I was charged 29.99 € from my Wise account by the Hint app, even though I do not knowingly have any active subscription or paid plan with them. I do not know which subscription or product this payment is for and I did not intend to make a purchase of 29.99 €. Before this charge, I had only given my card details to Hint for a small amount of 0.50 € yesterday, and I was not clearly informed that a 29.99 € payment would be taken afterwards. I consider this transaction to be unauthorized and not in line with my intention. I have already sent an email to Hint app support regarding this situation and I am waiting for a response. I request that the 29.99 € taken from my Wise account on 30 May be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any possible subscription linked to my account be cancelled so that no further charges are made.
