Hint App Full Refund Request
I was charged 29.99 USD on March 6 by the Hint app as a weekly subscription through my Capital One bank account, even though I did not authorize this payment. I had previously used a subscription or trial with Hint, but this recent charge was taken without my consent. After noticing the transaction in my Capital One account, I contacted support and was told that I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday, which has left me unsatisfied, as the payment was not authorized by me. I find it unacceptable that such a charge can be taken without clear and explicit approval. I request a full refund of the 29.99 USD that was charged on March 6 and confirmation that no further unauthorized charges will be made to my account.
