Unauthorized Hint Charge Taken From My Account

On May 9, 2026, I found a charge of 29.99 € made by Hint in my account, which I consider completely unauthorized because I do not know the reason for this payment or what service or subscription it corresponds to. I have not been able to find a clear way to contact Hint’s support and therefore I have not yet received any explanation for this charge. I request the immediate refund of the 29.99 € charged today and a clarification of why this amount has been taken from my account without my clear consent or knowledge.
