My Order Was Delivered to the Wrong Address

My order number 809221766, “Denebunu Box,” shipped via Hepsijet, was delivered to the wrong address. Even though I entered the correct address, the package was delivered in Sultanbeyli to someone named M***. The person who was supposed to receive it was G*** Y***. I noticed this issue today and reported my complaint to Hepsijet, but no solution has been provided yet. I request that my product be delivered to the correct address. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I want my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
