I ordered a product from Temu, which was delivered to Hepsijet in Turkey. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, Hepsijet directed my package to the Akşehir district of Konya, as the name of my apartment is Akşehir Siteleri. Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to resolve the issue. There's no assistance from Hepsijet—no calls or updates. No one came to my address, nor did they notify me of any delivery attempts. I'm unsure how to proceed, and I'm feeling quite frustrated with the situation.
