Hepsijet Marked My Package as Undeliverable Without Notifying Me

My package with tracking number sps1252234, shipped via Hepsijet, was supposed to be delivered to my address on October 4. However, the delivery was not made, and since I was going to be at a different address, I requested an address change. Despite this, my package was marked as “undeliverable” and directly moved into the return process without any SMS or phone notification. After encountering this issue, I contacted Hepsijet customer service, but they told me they could not assist and redirected me to different departments, claiming the matter concerned the seller. As a result, the shipment was canceled, and I was left inconvenienced. I request that my package be resent, that an explanation be provided regarding this issue, and that I receive an apology for the inconvenience caused.
