Unauthorized Google Aisle Secrets Charges via Helppay on Card
On October 7, 2025, a charge of $3 (93 TRY) and on October 9, 2025, another charge of $16 (470 TRY) were withdrawn from my İş Bank card under the description “Google Aisle Secrets g.co/helppay#GB.” These transactions occurred without my knowledge or authorization.
When I checked my Google account, I found no active subscriptions or purchases associated with these charges. Additionally, I did not receive any confirmation emails or SMS notifications, and there are no transaction reference codes or receipts available in my records.
These withdrawals were made entirely without my consent, and I consider them unauthorized charges. I request the immediate cancellation of these transactions and a full refund of the total amount taken from my account.
