Fraudulent GC Helppay Payment Linked to YouTube Premium

On September 18, 2025, a charge of $28 (800 TRY) was withdrawn from my İş Bank account under the description “YouTube.com Premium GC Helppay”, without my knowledge or authorization. I do have an active YouTube Premium subscription, but my regular monthly payment is only $7 (209 TRY) — this charge is far higher and clearly irregular.

I have no connection or subscription with GC Helppay and have never registered for any service under that name. As soon as I noticed the unauthorized transaction, I contacted İş Bank customer service, who temporarily froze my card and applied daily security restrictions.

I request an immediate refund of the $28 that was taken without consent and a thorough investigation into how this payment was processed. I also ask that stronger preventive measures be implemented to ensure this does not happen again. I can provide receipts and screenshots of the transaction if needed.
