Helppay Charged Monthly Without My Consent From Card Ending in 9212

Every month, ₺79.99 is being withdrawn from my credit card ending in 9212 by a merchant listed as Helppay—without my knowledge, approval, or any active subscription. I have never authorized this recurring payment, nor have I signed up for any service that would justify this monthly charge. I only became aware of it after noticing the deductions on my statement.

This is an unauthorized and ongoing issue, and I’m extremely frustrated that it continues without any clear explanation or way to cancel it. I tried to get more information by calling the provided number (0850 220 0000), but it led nowhere.

I demand a full refund of the money taken so far and expect this issue to be resolved immediately. If the charges continue, I will file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
