A charge of ₺30.99 was made to my credit card ending in 9011 by a merchant named Helppay—completely without my consent or prior knowledge. I did not authorize this transaction, nor do I have any connection to Helppay or any related service. I only discovered the charge while checking my statement, and I’m extremely frustrated by how easily money can be taken without verification.

I want to know exactly why this payment was processed and how it was approved without my permission. This is a serious issue, and I expect it to be resolved promptly.
