HelloTalk Premium Not Unlocking Features After Payment
Three days ago, I purchased a one-month HelloTalk membership through my Vodafone line, and the payment was charged immediately. However, while using the app on my Android device, I keep receiving prompts—especially for features like English AI—telling me that I need to subscribe again. Even though I paid for a one-month membership, many features still have time limits or access restrictions.
I use the app by logging in with my Facebook account. So far, I have not tried any specific troubleshooting steps and have not contacted customer service.
I request that all features be fully unlocked without restrictions in return for the fee I paid.
