HelloTalk Wrongly Renewed My One-Time Membership as Monthly Subscription

On June 20, 2025, I paid ₺319 for a one-time HelloTalk membership. However, as of today, an additional monthly fee has been charged. Even though I selected the option for a single, trial-based membership, my subscription is somehow being renewed every month. This has caused me financial inconvenience. As of July 20, 2025, I request an immediate refund of the fee that was wrongly charged to me.
