HDI Insurance: Unreasonable Demands and Delays in Car Repairs

Following my recent collision, I took my vehicle with the license plate 44 ACA 606 to an authorized service. I transferred my automobile from the authorized service to a fast support station on the advise of the HDI Insurance customer agent. They couldn't find the necessary parts for the repair after almost ten days at the rapid support station. Surprisingly, I was able to locate the components that the insurance company was unable to locate, email them to the authorized service in the same location, and deliver the item as well as the pricing list. Despite the fact that the components were found, they insisted on my paying for them, promising compensation after the repair. Dissatisfied, I contacted the customer service agent again, who instructed me to take the car back to the authorized service. The same time-consuming procedure was followed at the authorized service. The replacement car, which should have been provided without restrictions at the rapid support station and for 14 days at the authorized service, was treated as if it had remained at the authorized service for the whole term. I was informed on the last day that if I did not return the replacement car by 18:30 today, I would be charged for an extra day. When I mentioned that I hadn't received any calls the day before, they asserted that they had called at 18:39 when I was in a meeting, and that two follow-up calls at 18:45 and 18:46 had gone unanswered. Despite my inability to return the automobile within office hours, they requested I call the insurance company to extend for one more day, threatening me with further charges if I did not. Dealing with such demands and delays from an insurance company, who should be handling the reimbursement for the extra day, is beyond my expectations, especially after finding the repair parts and covering the rental expenses.
