Citroen EC3 Service Delay, No Replacement Car Offered
On July 17th, I took my Citroen EC3 to the dealership due to an accident, and it has been waiting at the Citroen Gülan Authorized Service Center (license plate: 34ctk013) ever since. Three months later, my car still hasn't been returned, and I've been told I'll have to wait at least another 45 days. I absolutely cannot accept that my car has been sitting in the dealership for a long time, approximately four and a half to five months. During this period, neither the dealership nor customer service offered any replacement vehicle or other solutions. The service representatives' tone was extremely negative, and they simply said, "There's nothing they can do; you have to wait." I also contacted Citroen customer service, but unfortunately, I received a response along the lines of, "We can't help you with your request. If you don't mind, don't complain further." Both the inconvenience I've experienced during this process and the financial losses I've incurred have exhausted me. I demand that my car be repaired and returned as soon as possible. I can't wait any longer, and I want my situation resolved immediately.
