I am extremely frustrated with Hay Day. I had over 50 diamonds saved up in my account, but without making any purchases or spending them, I suddenly noticed that 45 diamonds disappeared. Now, I’m left with only 5 diamonds, and there’s no explanation for where the rest went.
How is the game deducting diamonds without user approval or any clear reason? This feels like a cheap tactic to push players into making additional payments, and it’s incredibly disappointing. I worked hard to save those diamonds, and seeing them vanish for no reason is unacceptable.
I demand that Hay Day immediately investigate this issue and return my missing 45+ diamonds. Players should not be punished or pressured into paying more through unexplained losses. Please fix this issue and restore my diamonds without delay!
