Haribo Order Not Shipped For Days - No Response or Contact Information

I placed an order on Haribo’s official website on 30.11.2025, with the order number 692c25831fa9a. Although several days have passed, my order has still not been shipped and there is no information on the site about when it will be dispatched. There is also no clear contact phone number on the website, which makes it difficult to get information about my order. I sent an e-mail to Haribo regarding this problem, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my order be urgently handed over to the cargo company and that I be informed promptly about the shipping process and the status of my order. I also expect clear and accessible contact information so that I can reach customer service when needed.
