Unhappy with Happn – Requesting a Full Refund

I was not satisfied with Happn and decided I no longer want to use the app. As a customer, I believe I have the right to cancel and request a refund.

I kindly ask that my money be refunded as soon as possible, without any unnecessary delays or unfair policies. There is no rule stating that refunds are not allowed, and denying my request would be unfair.

If Happn processes my refund, it will show that the company values its customers and operates with integrity. I expect a prompt resolution and hope for a positive response to my request. Please issue my refund immediately.
