Furious, I tried to reach someone higher up, hoping for some actual help. Forget about it! Getting a real person at Handy seems impossible. I’ve been trying since Juen 11th when I got my cleaning session as there were big issues with it but emails bounced back, and calls just led to automated messages telling me to check their FAQ. The whole experience screamed scam! They nickel and dime you with hidden fees, and their customer service is a joke. It's clear they care more about profits than making sure customers are happy. So, anyone thinking about using Handy, listen up: RUN! There are way better options out there that won't leave you frustrated and broke. Handy might seem convenient, but it's a cautionary tale for anyone who's ever been tricked by hidden fees and terrible service.
