H&M Recycling Coupon Deleted Before Expiration And Not Issued

H&M offers discount coupons in exchange for clothing recycling, but my coupons were deleted before their expiration date. Additionally, on one occasion, I dropped off clothes at the store, but no coupon was added to my account.

I reported this issue to customer service, but I still have not received any response. I am requesting that my three missing coupons be reissued and properly added back to my account.
