H&M Blocking Product Returns by Ignoring Delivery Receipts
I am frustrated with H&M’s refusal to process my return. It seems they are intentionally avoiding accepting the delivery receipt to prevent my items from being returned. When I reached out to customer service via email, they responded with an automated message saying they’re “too busy” to address my request. However, despite their claimed busyness, they’re doing absolutely nothing to resolve my issue or ensure my refund. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid honoring returns, which is unfair and highly unprofessional. I expect H&M to take responsibility, accept my return, and process my refund without further delay. Please address this issue immediately and stop blocking legitimate returns.
