Trainline Review - Poor Service And Uncomfortable Journey

I've never encountered a company as bad as Trainline. The cleanliness and control are truly terrible. When I boarded the train from Leeds to Manchester Piccadilly, I found someone else sitting in the seat I purchased. As I explored other carriages, I saw that all seats were occupied. Why can't I sit in the seat I bought, and why aren't these checks being made by the staff? The ventilation on the train was poor, and the smell of sweat was prevalent. Additionally, the toilets were truly awful. I had to stand with my backpack for an hour and a half. I complained to customer service, but there was no follow-up. At the very least, I expect a refund.

Ryanair is without a doubt the worst airline I’ve ever flown with. I completed my check-in online, and yet they charged me a fee for it. When I arrived at the airport with 2 hours left before my flight, they claimed I had to pay another check-in fee—even though I had already checked in. The airport ...
Ryanair is an awful company. This is the absolute worst I've ever come across. For my vacation, I've organized visits to three different countries. Every single flight experienced delays. They give preferential treatment to passengers who have paid additional fees by allowing them to board first. Th...
During my Ryanair flight from Faro to Rome, where I had a transit connection, I encountered a completely unacceptable issue regarding baggage. I was traveling with a steel case that fully met the official size requirement—55x40x20 cm. Despite this, when I went through baggage check, a Ryanair staff ...
Ryanair is hands down the worst airline I’ve ever flown with. The planes feel more like overcrowded village buses than commercial aircraft. In the name of offering “cheap” flights, they’ve created a system full of traps that force passengers to pay hidden and excessive fees. I’ve traveled the world...
I had a terrible experience flying with Ryanair, and my issue still remains unresolved. Even though my ticket clearly included a baggage allowance, the staff refused to accept my suitcase at the airport unless I paid an additional fee on the spot. Feeling forced, I had no choice but to pay extra des...
