I am utterly dissatisfied with the service I received from the Arçelik authorized service. Despite the high cost, I chose the authorized service, but: 1. They showed up unannounced despite the appointment system. 2. They replaced my products unprofessionally, possibly damaging them to the point of being unusable. 3. They damaged the electrical system during the installation of the products. 4. They took all the products that were supposed to be left and didn't provide any explanation. 5. The repair process was repeated twice due to the shortcomings or inexperience of the technician, even though the repair was claimed to be finished. 6. Instead of taking precautions for the R600 gas, which is dangerous to inhale, they asked us to open the window and ventilate the area. This could have been handled differently.
