Gym Factory Fitness Alanya Denies Promised Founder Member Benefits

I joined Gym Factory Fitness Alanya in June 2022, just before its September opening, with the promise of founder member benefits. These benefits included:

Fifty percent discount on any membership after this date
Free access to paid group classes, etc.
Fifty percent discount for family members joining
As my membership approached its end, I mentioned this to the staff at the Alanya branch, only to be told they were unaware of such benefits and denied their existence. Despite being promised numerous advantages upon joining, none seem to be applicable now. I'm awaiting your response regarding this matter.
