I keep seeing GuruDocs charges on my bank statement, what can I do to stop them permanently?

GuruDocs (PDF Guru) charges keep appearing because the service uses auto-renewing subscriptions that continue until you fully cancel them, even after a trial or one-time payment.

First, log in to your account and cancel the subscription from the billing/settings section, then make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation, because incomplete cancellation is a common reason charges continue.

Next, contact their support ([email protected]) and clearly request “cancel subscription and stop all future billing,” including your email and transaction details, so there’s written proof.
