iPhone 13 Pro Max Repair Delay Despite Gulf Warranty

I recently bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max and immediately insured it. Unfortunately, the screen cracked, so I had it repaired. However, I have not received my phone, and communication has been difficult. They asked for my permission to proceed with the repair, but there has been no progress since then. I'm looking for help because my insured phone has yet to be returned, despite the fact that both the insurance and warranty are still active. Given the coverage I have, I expected a smoother experience, but the delay and lack of updates are causing significant inconvenience. I'm hoping to get this resolved soon because I rely heavily on my phone for both personal and professional reasons. It's disheartening to run into such problems after taking the necessary precautions to safeguard my investment.
