iPhone 13 Pro Max Repair Delay Despite Gulf Warranty

I recently bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max and immediately insured it. Unfortunately, the screen cracked, so I had it repair...ed. However, I have not received my phone, and communication has been difficult. They asked for my permission to proceed with the repair, but there has been no progress since then.
